FAQ
-
when is the best time to shoot?
For outdoor shoots, it depends on the time of year! 7-10 am and 4 pm-8pm typically work well.
For studio or indoor shoots, any time of the day!
-
what is your turnaround?
Maximum three weeks.
You can pay a rush fee if you’d like them sooner — 25% of the final price for a 48-hour turnaround.
-
how do I access my photos?
I use Pic-Time to deliver an online gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution and web-size versions of your photos. You also have full printing rights to your photos.
-
what does retouching include?
I offer three tiers of retouching!
After editing the tones and colors of your photos, I will send you a proofing gallery. Let me know which you’d like retouched and at what tier.
(You not need to purchase retouching for each image!)
-
will you give me all images/raw files?
Photographers rarely release unedited jpegs or RAWS. You may purchase additional images and even RAW files.
-
do I need a commercial license?
If you plan to use images for web, social or print marketing, you must purchase a commercial license (included in brand packages). As the photographer, I own the intellectual property of every image; usage licenses confirm that I have been properly compensated for commercial use.
-
do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! Ask about my travel fees!
